Shopping here was frustrating. The items looked like they were available when I placed my order, but then I found out afterward that they were actually backordered. What annoyed me most was the lack of clear communication, no solid dates, no helpful updates, and I basically had to keep checking on it myself. If something isn’t actually in stock, just say that upfront before letting someone order it.

I reached out to customer service twice about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. I even tried calling, but just ended up sitting on hold with no real help. It’s frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a simple update. Why does it have to be so complicated to get a basic answer?

I sent my order back and the refund took weeks to finally show up. Customer service did reply, but they didn’t really help much with the whole thing. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything like that, just frustrating waiting around for it

My order arrived in a crushed box with barely any padding inside, and one of the items had scratches on it. It was just frustrating because it feels like it could have been packed a lot better, if that makes sense.

The item itself was fine once it finally got here, and I don’t really have any complaints about the quality. But the shipping took way too long and there wasn’t much communication along the way, which was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again unless the delivery time improves.

I get a little excited browsing Lehman's because they carry the kind of practical, old-fashioned stuff I really like, and a lot of it does feel solid and well made. Then I get to the price, especially once shipping is added, and my enthusiasm drops fast because it can be hard to justify.

I'd still order from them again if it was something unique or something I really needed, because there is definitely value there. But for everyday items, I usually pause, calm down, and compare prices elsewhere first. Good store overall, just not always the easiest on the wallet.

I ordered a few kitchen items from Lehman's, thinking it would be a simple transaction. Silly me. Two of the items showed up wrong, one was the wrong size, and another was a completely different color than what I picked.

I emailed customer service, but it took a while to hear back, because apparently fixing a basic order mix-up is a whole production. Then I still had to deal with sending the wrong stuff back, which was just the perfect little bonus chore I didn’t ask for

I was looking all over locally for a few random items and couldn’t find them anywhere. Then I found them here, go figure, right? The selection was the best part. Shipping was just okay, nothing amazing, but at least I finally got the stuff I needed

I used lehmans.com and it was straightforward overall. The search actually worked, which I always appreciate, and the product pages had enough real info that I didn’t feel like I was just reading polished marketing talk. Checkout was simple too. A few pages loaded a little slower than I’d like, but it wasn’t enough to make me give up or anything

I do like Lehman’s, and the items I ordered were totally fine. No complaints there. But the shipping cost felt steep for what I bought, and it kind of turned what seemed like a good deal into just an okay one. I also don’t love getting the usual canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type response when the real issue is the cost. I might order again if I really need something, but I’ll definitely think twice unless there’s a shipping deal or I’m buying enough to make it worth it

I bought this thinking it’d be fine for a while, maybe nothing special, but it’s actually been surprisingly solid. You know how a lot of stuff now feels like it’s made to fall apart right after you get used to it? This didn’t. I’ve used it more than I planned to, tossed it around a bit, forgot about it, came back to it, and it’s still holding up. The quality just feels better than most things I’ve bought lately

I made a purchase to support my country when I checked on their products it stated the only thing that was made out of the country was their Teflon nonstick line which I did not purchase. I purchased all cast-iron products when I open the box I found that the waffle iron was made in China so this company can no longer claim that they are  products
